1. Allowances By Type
A new radio button, Sort by Department, was added to control the report sorting method. When set to Yes (default), the report is sorted by Department and Allowance Type. When set to No, the report is sorted by Allowance Type only.

Improvements
1. Option 10 – Standard Pay Slip (Send To Employee Email)
A new option, Show Foreign Currency Amounts, was added. When set to Yes, the Pay Slip displays amounts in both the standard home currency and the corresponding foreign currency equivalent, supporting multi-currency visibility. Additionally, a new option, Show Fields (QTY, Rate, Mul), was introduced to allow users to control whether the QTY, Rate, and Mul columns are displayed on the Pay Slip. By default, the option is set to Yes, ensuring the existing Pay Slip format is maintained unless explicitly set to No.

2. Audit (Employee Business Rule Override)
The Audit functionality was tested to confirm that audit records can be accessed from the screen when expanding a row and selecting the Audit button. Additionally, the Search Filters were updated to align with the relevant audit metadata fields.

3. Deductions Listing / Other Income / Allowances / Earning Types
The Deductions Listing, Other Income, Allowances and Earning Types screens were enhanced to support the creation and saving of new codes during setup. Additionally, the Deductions screen was enhanced to allow users to create a new deduction record without specifying a payee. In these cases, a default system-wide N/A (Not Applicable) payee value is applied automatically.

4. Option 6 – Standard Pay Slip (Year to Date)
The Pay Slip layout was enhanced to improve formatting and allow the Leave, Loan Balance, and Loan Account Number sections to be shown based on selected options.

5. Cash List of Employees
The dropdown fields for Pay Group, Pay Cycle, and Pay Year were enhanced to display consistent and standardised options.

6. Cycle Pay Register Detail (Employee Sort)
The archived payroll reporting process was enhanced to support generation of reports across multiple consecutive payroll cycles within the same pay year in a single report run. The Company Totals summary section was also enhanced to display consolidated totals by pay code across the selected cycle range.

7. Earning By Type/Cycle Pay Register Detail/Deductions Type List/Flat Register/Company Totals
The report was enhanced to support successful Excel downloads across supported web browsers, including Microsoft Edge.
