HRplus Time - Approved Hours/Attendance Logs/Timesheets/Notifications (Release Notes 30th Nov 2022 to 9th Jan 2023)

The following were improved or added:

1.  Max. Approvable Hours.

3.  Attendance Logs Import.

1. Current/Unapproved After Post

The Max. Approvable Hours Bypass option allows exceptions to the time constraint rules i.e. the values in the Max. Hours Approvable (No Max. = 0) and Max. Absent Hours Approvable (No Max. = 0) fields.  Click the Max. Approvable Hours Bypass button to select those jobs that are exceptions to the time constraint rules.

2. Approved Hours

The report was updated so that, once approved, the data will be correctly shown in the Approved Hours report.  Cosmetic changes and filters were also added for improved performance.

3. Attendance Logs Import

The import was updated so that the system will use the employee’s Virtual Punch ID if a Device ID is not provided in the Excel import file.

4. Notifications

The ability to enable/disable notifications was added for the following features:

  1. Attendance Log Post Notifications.
  2. Timesheet Breaks.
  3. Timesheet Productive Time.

5. Restrict Absent Timesheet Approval

A new feature was added to restrict Absent Without Leave (XY123) records from being approved unless the records fall on holidays.  Absent Without Leave (XY123) timesheet records can be approved once the records fall on holidays somewhere e.g. the approval will be allowed if there is a holiday in Jamaica but the employee is from Trinidad.

6. Productive Time and Timesheets Update

6.1 Total Hours

  1. The Total Hours calculation was updated to not consider productive time if the Timesheet Productive Time feature is not enabled.

6.2 Timesheet Productive Time

The issue where productive time records would not properly deduct from Unapproved After Post timesheet records was also fixed.  To do so, the Timesheet Productive Time feature must be enabled.

6.3 Date Formatting

The date formatting issue causing timesheet records to not properly link to their respective productive time records on D/M/Y date formats was also fixed.
