An alert is displayed advising that the template provided by the Download Template button is to be used when the Import button is clicked.  Data is being imported successfully.

The following improvements were made and the export is generating successfully:

1. Import Flag was changed to Export Flag.
2. Update was changed to Export Flag.  This column displays the records checked/unchecked for export/non-export.
3. The message when the Change Export Flag button is clicked was changed to Do you want to make the selected row exportable?
