Leave - Calendar Setup, Batch Delete, Pay in Lieu, Leave Types (Release Notes 5th September to 29th November 2021))

Improvements were made to:

1.  Calendar Setup.

2.  Batch Delete.

3.  Pay in Lieu of Leave.

4.  Leave Types.

1.   Calendar Setup

An update was applied to ensure that Holidays can successfully be deleted.

2.  Batch Delete - Leave

This new feature was added so that leave records can be deleted in batch.  The screen was further updated to handle various date formats.

3.  Pay in Lieu of Leave Taken

The Leave Entitlements was updated to show the Available (Balance) From instead of just the leave entitled.  Decimal values are supported.

4.  Leave Types

The following new features were added:

1.  Benefits Module Restrict Leave.

2.  Restrict Overbooking.

3.  Hide Zero Usable.

4.1  Benefits Module Restrict Leave

The Benefits Module Restrict Leave feature was added to Feature Management.  Once this is enabled, Leave Types with Restrict Overbooking flagged as Yes will be restricted in the Leave Taken screen as well.

4.2  Restrict Overbooking

Restrict Overbooking = if Yes, prevents users from applying for leave, via Self Service, in excess of their leave balances for the specific leave type.

4.3  Zero Usable

Hide Zero Usable = if Yes, hides leave types for employees who have 0 balances of the specific leave type.
