New Features
1. Fractional Years of Service for Leave
A new feature, Fractional Years of Service for Leave, has been added to allow employee Leave Entitlements to take effect after a configured number of months, when enabled.
Step 1: Enable the Feature
System Configurations>>Feature Management>>Fractional Years of Service for Leave
Step 2: Setup Leave Types
The Years of Service Required fractional amount is entered in decimal format, where six (6) months equals 0.50.
E.g. Leave Entitlements can begin after six (6) months of service.
Benefits>>Leave>>Leave Setup>>Leave Types

Step 3: View Date Started or Adjusted Hire Date
E.g. Employees Adjusted Hire Date has been set to December 5th, 2024.
Personnel>>Personnel>>Employees>>[Search for Employee]>>Identity and Hire Data
Step 4: View Leave Entitlements
The employee qualifies for Leave effective June 5th, 2024.

Step 5: Request Leave
The employee's Leave Request screen also displays no available Leave Types.
