Double-click on the HIDECOMPDB record to open it.  Enter the company code you wish to exclude from the export in the Value field.  Separate multiple company codes by a comma (e.g. BFLTD, KACC).  Save.

Select the table/s that are company-related (contain company codes e.g. Personnel, Positions, Company Access) you wish to exclude by checking the Enable box next to it.  The default values can be used for the File Format, Encoding and Frequency fields.  Click the Save icon next to each row.  The system will backup and export the files, excluding those checked, based on the frequency.  

The files, excluding the stated companies, will be exported in both XML and CSV formats as shown in the following XML screenshot example.  HRplus’ Version Control team will provide guidance on the export.
