1. HIDEPAYGRP: A new system code HIDEPAYGRP was introduced to limit Self Service pay slips to the year configured in the “Show Pay Slips From” setting.
2. Acting: Added an Acting transaction history screen in ESS so employees can view their acting assignment periods recorded by HR.
3. Position History: ESS now includes a Position History transaction screen to display changes to an employee’s position over time.
4. Status Changes: A Status Changes screen was added in ESS so employees can view changes to their employment status.
5. Part Time/Full Time Changes: Employees can now view Part Time / Full Time changes in their ESS transaction history.
6. Create Employee Goals: ESS was enhanced with Create Employee Goals, allowing employees to create their own performance goals (when enabled).
7. Competency Details: Added Show Appraisal Type Details so employees can view competency details when selecting a competency name (if the feature is enabled).

1. Leave Request: The leave request workflow was updated so that if an employee submitting a request is also an approver, it will automatically route to the alternate approver to prevent self-approval.
2. My Job Letters: Employees with the minimum Self Service access can now generate and download My Job Letters directly in ESS.

1. Use Employee Off Days Only: A new feature, Use Employee Off Days Only, has been added. When enabled, only days marked as Off Days will be excluded; all other days will be treated as On Days by default.
2. Employee Holiday Country Configuration: A new feature which allows employees' Country Holidays to be determined by their Country of residence.
