The following modifications were made to:
- Appraisal Forms for Acting Positions.
- Employee and Manager Completion Percentage.
1. Appraisal Forms for Acting Positions
The ability to generate appraisal forms for employees acting in positions for six (6) months or more was added.
Step 1: Enable Feature
System Configurations>>Feature Management>>Show Acting Position link in the Appraisal screen
2. Employee and Manager Completion Percentage
The ability to see the percentage completion of the appraisal by both the manager and the employee was added to the following screens via the Employee Completion % and Manager Completion % fields:

The calculations are as follows:
- Employee Completion % = (Number of Employee Rating Records/Total Records * 100)
- Manager Completion % = (Number of Employee Rating Records/Total Records * 100)
Both the manager and employee completed 1 out of 8 records, resulting in a percentage of 1/8*100 = 12.5%
