New Features
1. Restrict Managers Appraisal Ratings
A new feature, Restrict Managers Appraisal Ratings, was added. When enabled, this feature restricts Managers from entering Ratings for Appraisals until employees submit their Self Appraisals.

2. Pending Requests
A new screen, Pending Requests, was added. This allows Managers to Approve or Reject Asset Requests was added. Managers and Employees will receive Notifications and Email confirmations for Asset Transactions.
