The following new features/updates were added to:
- Gratuity.
- Contract.
- Competencies.
- Separations.
- Position Re-Organization.
- Audit Employee Profile.
1. Gratuity
A new feature, Gratuity, was added to process employee Contract Gratuity. The Gratuity is paid as Other Income, based on a Percentage or set Cash value and allows the user to validate, then Post the record to a selected Pay Year and Cycle.

2. Contract
The First Hire Date and Last Hire Date are automatically populated when entering new contracts.

3. Competencies
The following modifications were added:
- A new screen, Competency Types, was added.
- A new field, Default Link to Jobs, was added to Competencies. This allows competencies to be linked to all Jobs by default. This only works if Link Competencies to Company is flagged.
- Multiple records are importing successfully for Link Competencies To Company. Users can now multi-select Companies to Link Competencies.
