Payroll - Option 22 - Standard Pay Slip (Half Page Continuous)/Deduction by Type – Include Employer List/Option 15 – Standard Pay Slip/Deduction by Type Employee – Excludes Statutory Deductions (Release Notes 26th June to 12th July 2024)

The following updates were added to:

  1. Option 22 - Standard Pay Slip (Half Page Continuous).
  2. Deduction by Type – Include Employer List.
  3. Option 15 – Standard Pay Slip.
  4. Deduction by Type Employee – Excludes Statutory Deductions.

1. Option 22 - Standard Pay Slip (Half Page Continuous)

Three (3) new system codes were created so that the Deduction Codes can be entered to calculate the YTD PENSION value.  The system will sum these deductions to calculate the YTD PENSION value.

2. Deduction by Type – Include Employer List

The report was tested to ensure accuracy when generating.

3. Option 15 – Standard Pay Slip

The report was modified to show a blank space (on the left side of the pay slip) if there is no company logo.

The Division filter was added.
