The following improvements were made:
1. The report was modified so that the Print Appraisal button is enabled when the Status is changed to Completed. The Appraisal can be printed both in an Incomplete or Completed state.

2. The field, Initiated By, was correctly renamed to Responsible. Validation was also enabled on required fields of Company Name and Date From.
