1. Print TD4 Flat Register (Consolidated by Company) [From Edit File]
The character limit for Total Personal Allowance was extended to support the display of larger values.

2. Option 16 – Standard Pay Slip
A new option, Include Email Address in Email List File, was added to display employee email addresses alongside employee names in the generated file. The Out of Cycle layout was enhanced.

3. Option 8 – Standard Pay Slip
A new option, Multiple ZIP Files, was added to support large pay slip downloads. When set to Yes, the system automatically splits the output into separate ZIP files when the total file size exceeds 15MB. This option is only available when Payslip Layoutsis set to Standard Layouts.
All generated ZIP files are consolidated within a single master ZIP file, with each internal file following the original naming convention with sequential numbering (e.g. _01.zip, _02.zip). Archived processing and XML generation were enhanced to improve file generation reliability.

4. N.I. 187 Report
The layout of the report was updated.

5. N.I.S 184 Report
The following updates were added:
- A new option, Show Gross Salary with Zero Contribution, was added. When set to Yes, the report retrieves the Gross salary from the employee’s Pay Profile.
- The option Show Zero Earnings Instead of Negative Earnings was reintroduced. When enabled, negative salary amounts are displayed as 0.00 in the report's output.
- The options Include Signature and Separate Employees Over 65 can now be selected simultaneously within the application.

6. Option 11 – Standard Pay Slip
The Archived pay slip for both Normal and Out of Cycle were tested.
7. Option 5 – Standard Pay Slip
A new system code, EARTHCOMP, was added to allow users to define an alternate company name for the Pay Slip. New options, Show Report Footer, Show Employee Address, and Show Pay Cycle, were introduced to control the display of the Footer section, Employee Address, and Pay Cycle Number on the Pay Slip.

8. Payroll Variances – Compares Current and Archive Cycle
The report was tested for all cycle types and generated successfully.
