Manager Self Serve - Set Standards (Release Notes 13th September to 1st November 2024)

A new feature, Add Goal Standards, allows managers to add new Goal Standards via User Self Service.

Step 1: Enable Add Goal Standards Feature

System Configuration>>Feature Management>>Add Goal Standards

Step 2: Enter Goal Standards

Goal Standards/Points are defined benchmarks or criteria that represent the desired level of performance or achievement for a specific goal.

User Self Service>>Manager>>Talent>>Goals>>Goals>>[Select Goal]>>[+]>>Goal Standards
