Improvements

1. Option 13 – Standard Pay Slip

Rates are now added for Allowances and calculated as Amount divided by All_Fixed_Rate.

Note: The field Fixed Rate in the Allowances set up, when set to one (1), will cause the Units column to remain empty.

2. Cycle Pay Register Detail

Formatting improvements were applied to the report.

3. Option 6 – Standard Payslip/Option 19 – Standard Payslip

The following updates were applied:

  1. The method used for removing Loan Balances when the option Remove Loan Balance is set to ‘No’ has been updated.
  2. The option, Show Employee Account Number when set to 'No’, will not be displayed on the report.

4. NIB Termination Certificate

The report now includes Out of Cycle data.

5. N.I.S 184 Report – Download

A new option, Show Employees with Zero Contributions, was added.

6. Cycle Pay Register Summary

The report was updated to show results where either YTD or Amount is not equal to zero (0).
