A new screen, Flagged Ratings, was added to Appraisal Setup.  The Flagged Ratings screen allows the user to specify the ratings that should be highlighted when the employee has achieved the same Rating (Score) for competencies i.e. the employee record will be highlighted once there is a match between what is flagged in the Flagged Ratings screen (Screen 1) and the Score the employee receives for the Competency (Screen 2).  This can be used to identify high/low scores.
