The Talent Pool Readiness functionality was enhanced to validate the required setup before creating a Readiness event. The Talent Pool screen was also updated to refresh automatically after the 9-Box calculation, improve result filtering, and include a Summary Readiness Score screen within the Temporary Readiness form.
