The following modifications were made to:
- Competency Types.
- Auto-Generate Badge Numbers.
- Vacant Positions.
- Positions.
- Hide Vacant Positions in the Org Chart.
1. Competency Types
The screen was tested to ensure insert/edit/delete functionality.

2. Auto-Generate Badge Numbers
The ability to auto-generate badge numbers was added.
Step 1: Enable Auto-Generate Badge Number
System Configurations>>Feature Management
Step 2: Enable Auto-Generate Employee Id
System Configurations>>Company Parameters>>System Constants>>System Interface Codes
Step 3: Create Employee
Personnel>>Personnel>>Positions>>Vacant Positions
The Employee Id/Badge No field will auto-fill with an incremental value in the same pattern as the value in the Last Badge No field in the System Interface screen (Step 2 above).
3. Vacant Positions
The ability to delete vacant positions was added.

4. Positions
The Department column was increased to ensure that there is no “cutting-off” of names.

The ability to hide vacant positions in the organisation charts was added.
