1. API
A new GetUserRoles API endpoint was added to return user role assignments and data access permissions for authenticated users.
Step 1: Open the Swagger UI for the HRplus API.
Step 2: Expand the /requestaccesstoken endpoint, enter the required authorization credentials, and select Execute.
Step 3: Navigate to the /GetUserRoles endpoint and enter the required request parameters.
Step 4: Review the response to verify the user's assigned roles and data access permissions.
Improvements
1. Employees
A new field, Union Code, was added to the Employees Import process to allow union information to be imported with employee records. When a Union Code is provided, the corresponding union details are automatically populated in the employee's profile.
