Assistance Setup - Reimbursement
The following modifications were made:
1. Reimbursement Flag
A checkbox was added to indicate if the Education Category was entitled for reimbursement.
Benefits>>Education Support>>Assistance Setup>>Categories
2. Proposed Disciplines of Study
The Category is used when setting up a Discipline of Study that is entitled to reimbursement.
Benefits>>Education Support>>Assistance Program>>Proposed Disciplines of Study
3. Reimbursements
When processing reimbursements, the system would display all Employees/Proposed Disciplines of Study/Categories that have been flagged for reimbursement. The user can then enter the reimbursement details.
