1. Events
Two (2) new fields, Employee Eligibility and Section, were added. The Employee Eligibility field options allow the filtering of appraisals based on duration (according to the criteria shown on the screenshot below) whilst the Section field allows the drill-down to the level of a specific section.

2. Do Not Allow Managers to Create HR Events
A new feature that prevents managers from being able to create HR Events, via Manager Self Service, has been added. This is how it works.
3. Competency Standards Audit/Import
The Download Template, Import and Audit functionality were included on the screen.

4. Notifications to New Manager
The ability to send a notification to a new direct manager/supervisor (if the old manager/supervisor was changed) with respect to HR Events was added. Once the HR Event is within the Start Date and End Date and the manager was changed, the new manager will get a notification regarding the HR Event. This is how it works.
5. Notifications to Secondary Supervisor
The ability to manually send a notification to a secondary supervisor if a direct supervisor is absent has been added. This is how it works.
