The following updates were added to:

1. ETime Imports
The length of time it takes to import records has been reduced.
System Configurations>>Company Imports>>Add Ons>>ETime Imports
2. Contract Configuration Option
A new feature, Contract Configuration Option, enables the system to automatically separate contractors based on the date in the Contract To field and generate cycle changes to process these separated employees.
Step 1: Set up System Code
Enter 1 as the Value in the AUTOSEPCON code to enable the automatic separation of contracted employees.

Step 2: Set up Contract Configuration Option
Select the required option to indicate the records that should be automatically generated. A company can only choose one (1) record:
- Separate and Inactive Record: generates Separation and Inactive records.
- Inactive Record Only: generates an Inactive record only.
- Restrict REG: restricts (zeroes out) Regular Pay.

Step 4: Verify Cycle Changes

3. Reporting Relationships
Validation was added.

4. Leave Transactions
The following updates were applied: (1) Company, Badge Number and Leave Code were changed to dropdown lists, (2) Audit functionality was added, and, (3) Leave Code is the same as Leave Type Code in the Leave Taken screen (Benefits>>Leave>>Leave Transactions>>Leave Taken).

5. Jobs
A new field, Grade Point, was added to the Download Template.
