The following new features/modifications were added to:
- Position Number Mapping.
- Employee Profile
- Rehire Employee.
- Employee Emergency Data.
- Employee Turnover Analysis by Department.
- Position Re-organisation.
1. Position Number Mapping
A new feature, Position Number Mapping, was added, so that a mapping between Position Number and Client Code is facilitated for easy importing via the Download Template and Import Records buttons.

2. Employee Profile
The Job Grade field will be displayed on the Employee Profile screen only if the specific employee’s job is tied to a job grade.

3. Rehire Employee
Validation was added so that the Rehired Date must be AFTER the employee’s Effective Date of separation.

4. Employee Emergency Data
Emergency Contact Cell was added to the report.

5. Employee Turnover Analysis by Department
The report was modified to ensure that the Separation values are correct.

6. Position Re-organisation
The following modifications were made:
- Validation and verification of records, including changes to pay group, was added when importing records via Custom Imports (System Configurations>>Custom Import) to Position Reorganisation (Personnel>>Positions>>Position Re-organisation).
- Header records can be deleted.
- Functionality and performance were improved.
