1. View Managers 360 Ratings
A new feature, View Managers 360 Ratings, was added to allow employees to view manager ratings on the My 360 Reviews screen when the Team Type is Manager Rates Direct Reports. Note: Managers may edit the score after employee review; however, no changes are allowed once the 360 report is submitted.

2. Display Documents Tab in Self Service
A new feature, Display Documents Tab in Self Service, was added to allow the Documents tab to be displayed on the My Profile screen in Employee Self Service when enabled.
