Security - Batch Operations

A new function, Batch Operations, with the associated screens User Groups, Language Settings and Account Deactivation, was added.  This feature allows you to

  • give access to/change the permissions for multiple departments/users at the same time (User Groups).
  • change the language settings for multiple departments/users at the same time (Language Settings).
  • deactivate accounts for multiple departments/users at the same time (Account Deactivation).  

User Groups

Click the Department or Select All or Shift/Ctrl-click to select multiple departments.  The employees belonging to the selected department/s will be displayed in the Employee field.  Click the Department or Select All or Shift/Ctrl-click to select multiple employees.  Click the Next button.

Language Settings

Click the Department or Select All or Shift/Ctrl-click to select multiple departments.  The employees belonging to the selected department/s will be displayed in the Employee field.  Click the Department or Select All or Shift/Ctrl-click to select multiple employees.  Click the Next button.

Account Deactivation

Click the Department or Select All or Shift/Ctrl-click to select multiple departments.  The employees belonging to the selected department/s will be displayed in the Employee field.  Click the Department or Select All or Shift/Ctrl-click to select multiple employees.  Click the Next button.
