St. Lucia - St Lucia Uncertified Sick Leave Code/Leave Required Years For Pay

The following modifications were made:

  1. A new feature, Leave Required Years For Pay when enabled, stops payment of Leave in cases where an employee has not accrued the number of Years of Service Required for the Leave Type. Note the following:
    1. Configure Feature Parameter with the Leave Codes the rule should be applied to.
    2. If the Feature Parameter field is left blank, the feature will apply to all Leave Codes.
    3. For Salaried employees,  a negative entry is created in Cycle Changes.
    4. For Non-Salaried employees no entry is created in Cycle Changes .
  2. A new system code, SLUSLC, was added to indicate which Leave Code is the St Lucia Uncertified Sick Leave Code.  Note the following:
    1. When the Uncertified Sick Leave Code is configured and the Leave Required Years For Pay feature is enabled, an employee would receive payment for a maximum of two (2) consecutive days against the Leave Code.
