New Features

1. Positions without Pay Group Access

A new feature, Positions without Pay Group Access, was added. When enabled Pay Group Access will not be required to access positions via any of the Positions screens.

System Configurations>>Feature Management>>Positions without Pay Group Access

Note: The logged in user does not have Pay Group access to Fresh Food Market AM and all positions for that company would be seen successfully.

Personnel>>Personnel>>Positions>>All Positions (Filled and Vacant)>>[Select Company]

Improvements

1. Status Changes

The screen was tested for CRUD (create, read, update, delete) functionality.

Personnel>>Personnel>>Transactions>>Status Changes

2. Position Re-Organisation

Company and Pay Group Access are required to auto-populate Position details.

Pay Group and Company Access:

Security>>User Administration>>[Select User]>>[+]>>Pay Group Access

Security>>User Administration>>[Select User]>>[+]>>Company Access

Positions Re-Organisation:

Personnel>>Personnel>>Positions>>Positions Re-Organisation

A Position No for a company that the user does not have access to is entered, therefore Position details does not auto-fill.

3. Edit Position Supervisor

Audit functionality was added.

Personnel>>Personnel>>Positions>>All Position(Filled and Vacant)>>[Select Position]>>Edit Position Supervisor>>Audit

4. Probation End

The Probation End report can be generated for multiple Status Types. These Status Types are entered in the Value field of the System Code PROBPOS.

System Configurations>>System Codes>>PROBPOS

Personnel>>Personnel>>Reports>>Employee Reports>>Probation End

5. HR Workflow Acting Transactions

Improved error messages are now displayed for workflow approval screens.
