The TD4 reports were updated as follows.
1. Generate TD4 - Severance
The Generate TD4 2020 - Severance was created and is available for printing.

2. Generate TD4
The update changes the name from TD4 2020 - From Template to Generate TD4. This allows users to generate TD4s for (1) 2020 using the old template, and (2) 2021 using the new template
