The following modifications were made to:
- Letter Templates.
- Master Email Settings.
- Positions Re-Organization.
- Employee Transactions History.
- Job Responsibilities.
1. Letter Templates
The ability to upload a pre-printed letterhead to be used for letters was added. A feature that adds a 2.5 inch space to enable the printing of the letterheads was also added.

2. Master Email Settings
A Module filter was added to enable users to view the notifications that belong to the selected module.

3. Positions Re-Organisation
Changes made to an employee record via Positions Re-Organisation will automatically update the employee record in Normal Shifts. The screen was tested for CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) functionality.

HRplus Time>>Schedules>>Scheduling>>Employee Shift Views>>Normal Shifts>>[search for employee for whom changes were made]
4. Employee Transactions History
The export to Excel functionality was tested and the report is generating successfully.
