HRplus Time - Employee Schedule Import

A new feature, Employee Schedule Import, has been added.  This feature allows the import of employee schedules and shifts via the Download Template and Import button.  The Post All button also enables the posting of all records on the screen and the Results Text field shows the reasons for any errors that may occur.  Note the following:

  1. If the schedule and shift are not already linked, the system will attempt to link them.
  2. Existing shifts and schedules can be overwritten.
  3. Company and Pay Group access is required - the Post All button will only post records for which the user has necessary access.
  4. On the Self Service side, the user must have access to the particular schedule/shift he/she is trying to import.
