The following modifications were made to:
- Employee Entries.
- Company Stamp.
1. Employee Entries
A dropdown list for the Salutation field on the Employee Profile screen was added. This feature is also available via User Self Service as seen below.
Personnel>>Personnel>>Transactions>>Employee Entries>>Employee Data>>[Select Employee]
User Self-Service>>Manager>>Employees>> Employee Profiles
2. Company Stamp
The ability to upload a Company Stamp was added. When the company stamp is linked to the company, it can be used on the TD4 as seen below.
Personnel>>Setup>>Organisation>>Structure>>Companies>>[Select Company]>>Stamp
Payroll>> Payroll Reports>>Payroll Reports>>Tax/N.I.S/H.S Data>>Generate TD4
