Improvements
1. Automatically Generate 360 Multi-Rater Records
The feature Automatically generate 360 Multi-Rater records was enhanced to generate rating records for the applicable member groups when a 360 Multi-Rater event is initiated. Record generation is based on the value entered in the feature parameter field and follows the defined reporting relationships. The following parameter options are supported:
- 0 or blank Manager rates direct reports
- 1 Direct reports rate manager
- 2 Manager rates direct reports and direct reports rate manager
