Several improvements were made to the Leave module as follows.
1. Ignore Zero Entitlements
A new field, Ignore Entitlements, was added to the Leave Types screen. This field was later renamed to Ignore Zero Entitlements, for easier interpretation as follows:
- When Yes is checked, Leave Types with zero entitlements will be hidden from Leave Request drop-down menus.
- When No (default) is checked, Leave Types with zero entitlements will be shown in the Leave Request drop-down menus.
- All Leave Request screens are affected.
Benefits>>Leave>>Leave Setup>>Leave Types

2. Earned at Rollover
A new field, Earned at Rollover, was added to the Leave Types screen:
- When Yes is checked, employees will have rollover leave available for leave request only.
- When No (default) is checked, employees will NOT have rollover leave available for leave request.
- All Leave Request screens are affected.

It should be noted some companies do not allow leave to be used while being earned - the leave only becomes available to use after a specified term (e.g. annually).
