2. Modifications
The following modifications have been made to the screen:
- Entry Type: shows the description of each value, N (Hours) and T (Total).
- Alternate Rate: can only be seen by HR Users or users who belong to the Payroll groups.
- Employee Lookup: now shows the department to which the employee belongs.
- Cost Centre Lookup: shows the Cost Center Code in brackets next to the Cost Center Description.
- Batch Nos: defaults to the current user’s initials plus 01 e.g. IM01.
- All fields are disabled once the record is posted.
