St. Lucia Certified Sick Pay No Saturday Pay

A new System Code, SLCSLNSP  St Lucia Certified Sick Pay No Saturday Pay, has been added to the St. Lucia Certified Sick Leave rule. When the System Code is set to ‘1’, it enables the unpaid Saturday’s option, ensuring that Sick Leave falling on Saturdays will not be paid under this configuration.

Step 1: Enable the System Code

System Configurations>>System Codes>>SLCSLNP

Benefits>>Leave>>Leave Setup>>Leave Types>>Link Leave Types to Companies

Step 3: Enter Sick Leave Record

Benefits>>Leave>>Leave Transactions>>Leave Taken

Step 4: Verify Cycle Changes

Since the 4th and 5th day fell on Saturday and Sunday, those days were not paid, only the first three days were covered.
