Personnel - Jobs/Valid Organisation Hierarchies/Edit Position Supervisor/Status Types/Positions Re-Organisation (Release Notes 26th June to 12th July 2024)
The following improvements were made to:
- Jobs.
- Valid Organisation Hierarchies.
- Edit Position Supervisor.
- Status Types.
- Positions Re-Organisation.
1. Jobs
Validation was added to ensure that Company Code is selected from the drop-down list and not entered by the user.

2. Valid Organisation Hierarchies
The Search option was tested to ensure the generation of accurate results.

3. Edit Position Supervisor
Audit functionality was added.
Personnel>>Positions>>All Positions (Filled and Vacant>>[Select Position]>>Edit Position Supervisor
4. Status Types
A new option, Company/Position Status, was added to differentiate between Status Types that refer to Status in Company or Status in Position or Both.

5. Positions Re-Organisation
A new feature, Auto-Generate Batch Id, was added to Feature Management. Once enabled, Batch Numbers will be automatically generated when entering Positions Re-Organisation records.

A new field, Transaction Reason, was added so select transaction reason codes from the drop-down list.
