Personnel - Position Number Mapping/Auto Generate Job Code/Company and Status Info/Police History/Audit Salary Changes/Edit Position Supervisor/Job Description (Release Notes 1st September to 8th October 2023)
The following updates/new features were added to:
- Position Number Mapping.
- Auto Generate Job Code.
- Company and Status Info.

1. Position Number Mapping
A new screen, Position Number Mapping, was added, that enables the mapping of Pos # to Client Code. Import functionality was also added.

2. Auto Generate Job Code
A new feature, Auto Generate Job Code, allows the automatic generation of job codes based on the value in the Last Job Code field. The system will use the same format as the Last Job Code and increment accordingly. The automatic generation works in conjunction with the Auto Generate Job Code Configuration and the Last Job Code By Company features.

3. Company and Status Info
The Department Name and Job Name field lengths were increased.

4. Police History
The following fields were updated:
- Issued By has been changed to a dropdown.
- Date Submitted auto-populates.
- Comments in the Unapproved Changes screen is read-only.
- Police Station Code can only be inserted/deleted with no updates allowed.
- Audit functionality was added to Personnel>>Setup>>Organisation>>General Codes>>Police Station.

5. Audit Salary Changes
The Search filters were tested and records are displaying successfully.
