Payroll Localized - Barbados - Bank Downloads, Insurance File
The following improvements were made to:
1. Insurance Premium File.
2. Republic Bank ACH.
3. RBC Bank Download.
1. Insurance Premium File
In order to generate the report for Barbados, the country code MUST be mapped correctly. To facilitate this, the Data Map tab in Custom Imports is used. Please ensure the following:
- Client Code = [valid Code provided by the client for the different countries]
- Local Code = [valid Country Code for any country set up via Personnel>>Setup>>Organisation>>Structure>>Countries]
- Code Type = COUNTRY
- Comp Code = [select the relevant Company from the drop-down list]

2. Republic Bank ACH
The method used for downloading the Bank File was updated so that, when there is more than one pay group in the file, the transaction row starts at 1 and is incremented for each additional transaction. Ensure that the company country is set to Barbados in order to be able to view the file.
