HRplus Time - Timesheets/Attendance Logs

The following were improved:

1.  Current/Unapproved After Post.

2.  Attendance Logs.

3.  Timesheet Filters.

4.  Timesheets.

1. Current/Unapproved After Post

A leave recalculation is no longer performed when deleting absent timesheet records with the Absent Without Leave reason.

2. Attendance Logs Import

The Sort option was removed to ensure that records are posted in a fixed order.

The attendance logs are imported in one order into Excel as shown in screen 1 above.

The order of the attendance logs is fixed, after import, as shown in screen 2 above.

3. Timesheet Filters

Search filters were added to the Audit screen.

4. Timesheets

The following improvements were made:

  1. Highlights were added to show Holidays and duplicated timesheets.  Holidays are highlighted in the yellow shown above.  Duplicate records are highlighted in orange.
  2. Search filters were improved.
  3. Start and End Date/Time fields were added.

4.3 Start and End Date/Time fields were added.

  • User Self Service>>Timekeeper>>Timesheets>>Timesheet>>Current / Unapproved After Post / Productive Data
  • HR Time>>Timesheets>>Timesheet>>Current/Unapproved After Post/Productive Data
  • When the Start and End Date/Time fields are updated, the Duration field will automatically update.
  • New productive time records can be created and existing records that are flagged as ‘non-deductible’ can be altered.
  • Productive time deductions will persist when timesheet punch times are adjusted.
