This article provides a summary of recent updates to the HRplus Manager Self-Service module, focusing on key enhancements. These updates include new features, fixes and improvements designed to improve both user experience and the effectiveness of the module.
October 10th - December 29th, 2025
- Leave Calendar: Managers with only Self Serve Manager permissions can now access the Leave Calendar without needing additional HR permissions.
- Calendar Search: The screen was enhanced and fully tested for CRUD (create, read, update, delete) functionality.
May 30th - June 30th, 2025
- Goals: Import functionality for Manager Goals was tested and confirmed working. Managers can now assign goals to employees across all Divisions and Departments to support broader performance alignment.
February 12th - March 31st, 2025
- Restrict Managers Appraisal Ratings: A new feature which restricts Managers from entering ratings for appraisals until employees submit their self appraisals.
December 2nd, 2024 - January 3rd, 2025
- Appraisals: Managers can select All or Specific Employees when creating Appraisal Events.
November 1st - December 2nd, 2024
- Events: Managers can view 360 Multi-Rater Events created by HR.
September 13th - November 1st, 2024
- Set Standards: A new feature Add Goal .

- MSS Event Reminders: Enhancement to the screen functionality.

- Rejected or Voided Requests: Updates to canceled requests.
- Events: Edit the Manager/Supervisor Comments field in the Appraisal Details.
- Appraisals / Historical Appraisals: Managers can now upload Historical Appraisals.
