Payroll - Option 14 - Standard Pay Slip, Other Income by Employee
Improvements were made to the following:
1. Option 14 - Standard Pay Slip.
2. Other Income by Employee.

A radio button, Remove Blank Page (For long payslips), was included to allow the user to determine whether or not blank pages should be emailed with the pay slips

The calculation was updated so that the total in the Year to Date column is accurate.
