POWERpay Payroll
The following were updated:
1. Out of Cycle Changes.
2. FCIB ACH Report.
3. Payroll Adjustment Transactions.
4. NIB Termination Certificate.
5. Salary Transfers Multi-Signatory.
1. Out of Cycle Changes
The screen was updated to (1) include filters for employee type; (2) make the Employee Name search a progressive search that allows users to type more than the first letter of an employee name; and (3) display the correct message when required.

2. FCIB ACH Report
Head Office and Payee filters were added

3. Payroll Adjustment Transactions
The screen was modified so that the OOC Run dropdown list is displayed when Yes is checked for Out of Cycle?.

4. NIB Termination Certificate
The report was updated to ensure that the data printed is within the correct date range of 1st July of previous year to 30th June of current year.

5. Salary Transfers Multi-Signature
The ability to Add a Digital Signature was included on the report. You can add your own signature (logged in user) or the signature of another user (select from the list). Only one (1) digital signature can be added, the other signatory line is reserved for a manual signature.
