POWERpay Payroll - Jamaica

Improvements were made to the following:

1. Sagicor Jamaica Download

2. P45 Enhanced - Income Tax Particulars of Employee Leaving.

2. Enhanced SO1 Form.

A new tab, Foreign Currency, was added so that only those pay groups that use multiple currencies would be displayed.

The following updates were applied to:

Show employees who are separated in the active year.
Change the Excel File format to .xls (Excel 1997-2003 Workbook) and to update the report name on the front end.
Add the Redundancy Payment to the report and the System Codes for them.
The view for the Report.
Remove the Deduction Code since the Redundancy Payment is always a final payment whether Earning/Other Income/Allowance.
Remove extra backslash in file location.
Add back the Security information.
Add filters for the month and year of separation.
Fix the gross_pay values.
Facilitate the new calculation of the number of weeks employed, based on the active year and the date separated.

The following improvements were made:

the headers were adjusted.
the Excel worksheet name was fixed.
an update was applied to resolve the error: “Access Denied: [file location]”
