Appraisals - Cancelled Events/Employee Appraisal Confirmation Option/Ratings/Performance Appraisals
The following improvements were added to:
- Cancelled Events.
- Employee Appraisal Confirmation Option.
- Ratings.
- Performance Appraisals.
1. Cancelled Events
Notifications are sent to employees and the appraisal forms are not shown when appraisal events are cancelled.
Talent Management>>Manage Events>>Events
2. Employee Appraisal Confirmation Option
A feature to allow employee agreement/disagreement to appraisal feedback was added. Notifications informing of the feedback will also be sent to managers.

3. Ratings
Import/export functionality was added.

4. Performance Appraisals
A Status column was added to show the current status of the appraisal records.
