Personnel - Edit Position Supervisor/Jobs/Acting/Separation/Separations
The following improvements were made to:
- Edit Position Supervisor.
- Jobs.
- Acting/Separation.
- Separations.
1. Edit Position Supervisor
The ability to delete a Direct Supervisor and enter a new supervisor was added.
Personnel>>Personnel>>Positions>>All Positions (Filled and Vacant)>>[Select Company]>>[Select Position]>>[Edit Position Supervisor]
2. Jobs
The following modifications were made:
- The Salary field in the Jobs and Company Jobs screens was replaced by the Grade Point field.
- The Job Grade Description was right aligned with Job Grade.
- Company Job Link now includes the Grade Point via, Personnel>>Setup>>Organization>>Structure>>Jobs>>[Select Job]>>(+)>>Company Jobs.

3. Acting/Separation
The End Date in an employee’s Acting record will be updated to match the Pay to date in said employee’s Separation record if an employee is separated before his/her Acting period ends. Pay cycle entries will be recalculated to reflect such.

Audit functionality was added.
