HRplus Time - Attendance Logs Import (Integra 32)/Who Is In
The following updates were added to:
- Attendance Logs Import (Integra 32).
- Who Is In.
1. Attendance Logs Import (Integra 32)
The import was created to accommodate a ‘custom-formatted’ CSV file ensuring that the formats are as follows. Click the Integra 32 Import button to import the file (sample file shown below):
- Date = dd-mm-yyyy (e.g. 01-11-2024)
- Time = hh:mm:ss AM/PM (e.g.08:44:06 AM or 08:44:06 PM or 14:16:17 (24-hour)
HRplus Time>>Timesheets>>Attendance Logs>>Attendance Logs Import
Validation was also added:
To verify that the Attendance Logs were successfully posted.
HRplus Time>>Timesheets>>Attendance Logs>>Current
2. Who Is In
The report was updated and is generating successfully. Attendance Logs are used to determine the absent employees.
