Jamaica - First Global Bank ACH/HEART Trainee
The following improvements were added to:
- First Global Bank ACH.
- HEART Trainee.
1. First Global Bank ACH
ACH was created for First Global Bank.

- Bank Field 1: Mapping Code for Head Offices for ACH payments
- Bank Field 2: Mapping Code for Head Offices for ITG payments
- Bank Field 3: Branch Transit for Debiting Account (For the SDCS Download only)
- Bank Field 4: Debiting Account Number
- Bank Field 5: Currency for Debiting Account
- Bank Field 6: ACH Transit Code
- Bank Field 8: Description for Debiting Account

A new system code, TRANSNO, was also added for the ACH. Use this system code to enter the Head Office Codes set up in Mapping Tables. These codes will be displayed in the ACH Transit Code column in the download file (column L in the Excel spreadsheet).

2. HEART Trainee
The ability to enter Heart Trainees and automatically update the SO1 and SO2 reports was added.
Step 1: Enter Job Codes
Enter the job code/s of the Heart Trainee/s in the Value field of the system code: HRTTRNJC. Multiple records are separated by commas.

Step 2: Update the Heart Trainee Data
Click the Insert Heart Trainee button. The system will automatically save the Heart Trainee data based on the job codes entered in Step 1 and update the SO1 and SO2 reports.

Step 3: Print the SO1 Report
Payroll>>Payroll Reports>>Jamaica Statutory Reports>>Employers Monthly Remittance Payroll Deductions (SO1)
Trainee Tax Credit = 150*No of Weeks in the Month *Number of Trainees
150*4*3 = 1800.00
Month = March (4 weeks)
Monthly Gross Emoluments 227293.91 + 71739.13 + 114304.35 + 1400000 + 800000 = 2613337.39

Step 4: Print the SO2 Report
