The following updates/new features were added to:
- Positions.
- Edit Position Supervisor.
- Position History.
- Validate Date of Birth.

1. Positions
Client Code will only be displayed on the Positions screen if it exists in the client’s application programming interface (API) mapping.

2. Edit Position Supervisor
Validation and error messages were added to the Edit Position Supervisor screen.

3. Position History
The Change to Position No. lookup displays only vacant positions for the selected company.

4. Validate Date of Birth
The ability to validate dates of birth to ensure compliance with legal age requirements was added. The default legal age is 18.

5. Contract ID
The Auto Generate Contract Id Configuration feature was added to enable the automatic generation of the Contract Id once the record is saved.

6. Historical Jobs
Audit and Download/Upload functionality was added.

7. Last Pno by Company
A new screen, Last Pno By Company, was added as a check that the position numbers are generating successfully by company. The screen works in conjunction with System Interface Codes and the Last/Next Pno By Company in Feature Management.

8. Vacant Positions
A button, Update Multiple Positions, was added to enable multiple fields to be updated at one time.
Step 1: Flag Positions
Flag the Positions you wish to update.
Personnel>>Positions>>Vacant Positions
Step 2: Update Multiple Positions
Click the Update Multiple Positions button. Select the fields you wish to update. Flag Override as Yes. Click the Update positions button. An Updates completed message will be displayed.

Step 3: Approve Positions
The screen will be refreshed to display the changes. Click the Approve Position button next to the record you wish to approve. The Approve Position/Unapprove Position button be displayed accordingly.
