HRplus Time - Attendance Logs - Integra 32 Import/Timesheets/Schedule Workflow/Shift Schedule Link
The following modifications/new features were added to:
- Attendance Logs - Integra 32 Import.
- Timesheets.
- Schedule Workflow.
- Shift Schedule Link.
1. Attendance Logs - Integra 32 Import.
The Integra 32 Import was created to accommodate a differently formatted CSV file. The CSV file format as follows:
- Date Format: yyyy-mm-dd.
- Time Format: hh:mm:ss AM/PM.

2. Timesheets
Leave records are successfully generated for an absent Timesheet and Total Hours are properly adjusted when using the Standard Lunch Deduction. The Time and Attendance Absent Records screen is now read only, Benefits>>Leave>>Leave Transactions>>Self Service Leave Requests>>Time and Attendance Absent Records.

3. Schedule Workflow
A new screen, Schedule Workflow, was added to allow alternate approvers/timekeepers to be added to the workflow. The Alternate Approver functions the same as the main approver and can be removed/added at any point during the workflow without restrictions.

User Self-Service>>Timesheets>>Current
- Select the Timesheet to send to the alternate approver/timekeeper, enter Comments, click Submit Comment and then click Submit. The alternate timekeeper will be able to view and process the timesheet.
4. Shift Schedule Link
Auto-generated Schedules are automatically linked to the Standard Leave Shift Code.
