Security - Edit User Groups/Create Batch Users
The following improvements were made:
- Edit User Groups.
- Create Batch Users.
1. Edit User Groups
- The HR Setup user group was created to allow users to access the Setup screens in the Personnel module (Personnel>>Setup>>Organisation).
- The HR Personnel user group was modified to remove all access to the Setup screens in the Personnel module (Personnel>>Setup>>Organisation).
Therefore, to access the Setup screens in the Personnel module (Personnel>>Setup>>Organisation), users MUST be granted permissions to the following user groups:
- HR Personnel (to access the Personnel module).
- HR Setup (to access the Setup screens via Personnel>>Setup>>Organisation).
Security>> User Administration>> [select User]>> [+]>> Edit User Groups
Personnel>> Organisation>> Organisation Setup
2. Create Batch Users
The email procedure and format were improved.
Security>> New User>> Create Batch Users>> Create Batch Users
The user will receive an email in his/her Inbox.
